PROFESSIONAL HOME ORGANIZER SERVING WESTCHESTER COUNTY | PUTNAM COUNTY | DUTCHESS COUNTY | ROCKLAND COUNTY | FAIRFIELD COUNTY

When every room feels like one more decision, you don’t have to figure it out yourself.

When every room feels like one more decision, you don’t have to figure it out yourself.

I help busy moms across Westchester and the tri-state area make the decisions that have been piling up and create a home that keeps up with their life.

Hi, I'm Agnes.

... founder of Simplify with Agnes.

Organizing hasn’t always been a passion of mine, but it has always been in my nature. Growing up, my parents kept a simple, orderly home, and over the years I came to appreciate the peace that comes with having less to manage.

Between work, family responsibilities, activities, and everyday demands, a home can quickly start to feel like one more thing on an already overwhelming to-do list. I’ve lived through those messy seasons myself, and I’ve learned that an organized home isn’t about perfection. It’s about building systems that hold up in real life, not just on a good week.

Today, I help busy women and families throughout Westchester and the surrounding counties simplify their homes through practical, hands-on organizing. I specialize in high-use family spaces like kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, and kids’ rooms.

My approach is calm, supportive, and completely judgment-free. You don’t need to clean up before I arrive, and you don’t need to have all the answers. You stay in control of what stays and what goes. I’ll guide you through the decisions, handle the sorting and setup, and create organizing systems that are easy to maintain long after I leave.

When I’m not organizing, you’ll find me gardening, spending time with my family, enjoying nature, drinking too much coffee, and occasionally taking a well-earned nap. Naps are essential.

If your home feels heavy and you are ready for relief you can feel every single day, you are in the right place.

Does this sound familiar?

You’ve bought the bins, looked for solutions, and told yourself you’d get to it when you got some time. But the clutter is still there, the to-do list keeps growing, and “I’ll get to it” has been on it for months.

You’re not short on ideas. You’re short on time and energy. You know exactly what your home needs. You just can’t fit one more decision onto a plate that is already full.

Every time you walk past that closet, that pantry, or that room, you feel it. Not just the mess. The weight of knowing it’s still waiting for you.

You’ve tried to tackle it yourself. You started, moved things around, maybe bought some containers. But life didn’t slow down, the project didn’t finish, and now it’s all still sitting there exactly where you left it.

If that sounds like you,

I'd love to help.

Here's How the Process Works

STEP ONE

We decide what stays. We go through your space together. You make the calls. I make it easy.

STEP TWO

Everything finds a place. I sort, group, and set up simple systems that make sense for how your household actually runs.

STEP THREE

You get a home that’s easier to keep organized. No complicated systems to keep up with. Just a space that works on a normal day, not just a perfect one.

Spaces We Organize

Happy Clients

“One of the best decisions I could have made.”

“As a working mom of five, life got too busy and our home got completely out of control. When Agnes finished, I truly felt as though a heavy weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I could finally breathe in my own home and enjoy the space with my family instead of constantly feeling overwhelmed by clutter.”

“Everything is easy to see, reach, and keep organized.”

“Agnes completely organized our pantry, which had become a place where items were impossible to find. Using practical storage bins and a simple system, she created a space that is easy to maintain. Even when things get a little messy now, her systems make it incredibly easy to tidy up.”

Working Mom of Five, Long Island

“My children felt heard and involved throughout the entire process.”

“Agnes worked directly with each of my children, respectfully asking them what they wanted to keep and what they were ready to let go of. She listened to them and helped them make decisions without pressure. Her kindness and patience made the whole experience feel collaborative, not overwhelming.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: (How long does the process take?)

It depends on the size of your home and the package you choose. The Intro package is 10 hours, which is typically one full day. The Plus package is 20 hours, usually spread over two days. The Signature package is 40 hours and is typically completed over several sessions. If your project needs more time, additional hours can be added until it is done. The biggest factor in how quickly we move is decisions. The more prepared you are to decide what stays and what goes, the faster we work.

Is this worth the investment?

You are paying for someone to show up, do the work, and leave your home with systems that actually hold. No more buying bins that sit unused. No more starting a project and stopping halfway through. The Intro package starts at $950 and is designed for one space so you can see the difference before committing to more.

What if my spouse or partner needs to be involved?

That is completely normal. If there are shared spaces or shared decisions, we can schedule time that works for both of you. I work at your pace and respect that a home belongs to everyone in it. Nothing gets moved or removed without agreement from the people who live there.

What if I am embarrassed about the state of my home?

I have seen it all, and I am not there to judge. I am there to help. The first session is calm, straightforward, and focused on one space at a time. Clients tell me they start feeling relieved once we begin making progress. You do not need to clean before I arrive.

Still have questions? Send me an email. I’d be happy to help.
